You're not the only one who can't get into the mood for Christmas.

Today's Independent has a piece about tree surgeon in Melton Mowbray who
felled the town Christmas tree, lights and all.  Cost him £1,000
compensation and 120 hours community service.  Apparently it was done for a
dare, not as a political gesture, but I can't help having some sympathy.
