Sorry Ian

I have this aversion to the good Mr Prescott with his large portfolio and 
even greater concern for the environment me and being a sadistic swine who 
did'nt vote for him (or the other lot) at the last election I take great 
delight in blaming him every time our leaders take another environmental turn 
for the worst.
