Subject: Council may face prosecution.......

A short article in the News in Brief section of today's Times states that
Birmingham City Council could face prosecution for failing to monitor a
diseased Ash that fell onto one of the main routes into Birmingham in
December 1999 during high winds and killed three people.

Interesting times for LA tree managers.
