Hi Bill,

Thanks for asking...

Ko-Val-Chick is the easiest way, though the many variations include
Ko-wal-ski, as in "Get the hell out of there Kowalski" from the Star Trek pilot/dreadful TV show of the 60's/70's 'Voyage to the Bottom of the Sea', I've also been called Kawasaki on many occasions, and the best surely has to be my French teacher from school whose pronunciation was remarkably clear, sounding like 'Camelshit'!!! Guess what I got called at school, mind you, it teaches you how to fight!
