Colin -
The other consultant had a holiday booked and it
was unclear for how long the PI would go on, possibly necessitating me taking
over. It was decided to have a back-up in place, being me.
As the proof was all his doing, our team thought
that the best way to get me up to speed was for me to sit in on the whole arb
evidence.
Not a bad idea, as I was brought in at 1700 the day
before!
Expensive? Probably not when set against the £30
million paid for the site and the 300-odd units going on it.
