Can anyone out there help with this?

Woodland TPO twenty years old. Map shows pond in the middle of the
site. This pond no longer exists and self set trees have colonised
where the pond was. Are these tree protected by TPO?

My initial thought was yes they are, any thoughts?

 Yes I
think they are

I would agree in England - but Scotland? I haven't a clue. One day I
must bring myself up to speed on the differences in planning law.
