Dom,
Did threat of going to Public Inquiry with incurred costs
scare them off?
If not presumably you won anyway.
We think it scared him off because it stopped! On one
occasion whilst I was explaining the legislation to him he suddenly blurted
out "Tony Blair is a w****r". Maybe but not relevant to the tree!
Days like that that make it all worth while.
