There were some pretty good pictures in the press and the thing seemed to pull up a pretty hefty root ball and the crown looked good and healthy as far as you can tell from a pic in the paper. Geoff Scaife always used to say that Scots snapped and Corsicans lifted the roots; Is that sufficient case for precautionary crown thinning of Corsican in high target areas?
