The Indian one was new to me but there have been a few bits in the media
about the French plane trees.  Apparently one place wanted to compromise by
felling every other tree, which has a strange kind of logic to it, as long
as they can manage to crash more accurately.

Frank Zappa was right through - the commonest element inthe universe isn't
hydrogen, it's stupidity.
