Well actual when reviwing orders the blue book does state that you
should not revoke an old order until 'all old busness' has been
completed, so that would appear to be advising to have two order on the
same tree at the same time. On the other hand LPA do have the power to
revoke and very order so the law would ask why this power has'nt been
used to clarify the situation with a resonable time lenght. Then again
Mens Rea would indicate that the person once made aware of the order
would be libale to it, and of cousre could chalage it through avalable
legal means, you could then put on a new order.

Dear all, is it possible to have 2 TPO's on one tree? Not is it
sensible, but is it possible? If there are 2, say through
administrative
error, would either both or neither be rendered invalid?
