Somewhat cavalier I'll grant you but we just do them and if the wires get broken we tell BT they better restore the service to their customer and by the way don't put your wires through our trees please. Sadly the number the line serves gets the bill not us and then it all gets a bit complicated..................... We get those sorts of silly quotes from BT too when we try to play the game.
