Sorry bill I think we all know at least one firm who do this & its more the 
point that the practice goes on.  I don't mind a fair game and will concede 
hopefully gracefully.  But using scare tactics and not taking basic 
measurements.  I mean the equipment to take level monitoring must cost at 
least £50 plus time, hummm its bit unethical.  Kind of like mugging old 
ladies.  Honesty in practice and all that. It is good to see how wide 
practiced it is and does confirm what I thought about them.
