You've got to keep digging your heels in guys. I think I've made my opinions 
well known on forum, but it's noticeable that I don't get many requests for 
subsidence reports these days. I regard this as a success. Although I have to 
accept that it might be because the national companies are hoovering up all 
the 
work.

I've had the occasional 'national company' report to criticise from Surveyors 
appointed to defend the tree owner. They were fun albeit nerve wracking; I 
don't particularly enjoy criticising someone elses work, if for no other 
reason 
other than it leaves your own open to criticism.
