....also beware of the developer who pays at the end of the month following
the month they receive the invoice!
I've got one of those and now whenever he asks for work and regardless of
when I do it, he never gets the report (& invoice) until the last day of the
month, even if its urgent.  The penny hasn't dropped yet but they'll have to
work it out sooner or later.
