ahh but the beingdrunk issue is a hookball cos while the driver may find the
subject of criminal proceedings the road traffic act(as amended) including
arial stuff specifically disallowes insurance companies to wash there hands
of such an occerance, hence the high premiums if ya ever caugt and go for
your sleigh leicence again, not only are you likly to do it again but also
they still wont be able to wash there hands of it

cheers

Sorry to spoil the speculation, but this one is dead easy to
solve. S would
have to bear the whole cost. The resident of the haunted
castle would claim
crown imunity and, despite common knowledge to the contrary,
AXA would claim
that S is a fictional character.

S is also likely to find himself the subject of criminal charges of flying
an aircraft whilst under the influence of alcohol, which will almost
certainly invalidate his insurance.
