Dom, welcome to the twins club, there's a few of us in it, me and Eric
Hamilton included. I have attached what I hope are the relevant sections,
link supplied by some kind soul very recently. As i understand it it is on
the books but not activated until the detailed administrative arrangements
are in place, and these will be subject to further consultation. Its always
fun when we try to interpret gobbledegook but for my money this will prove
like the Dangerous Dogs Act to be completely unworkable.

Hello chaps,

I've been off forum for a while so am struggling to pick up some of the
threads.  There has been several quotes from the ASB Act 2003 - I am
assuming this has not been formally passed as law yet but has anyone a link
for where I can obtain a copy?  It would be nice to be ahead of the game - I
still remember the hedge regs coming in at short notice.  And presumably if
its not law yet there is still a chance it can be amended?  We are trying to
argue its an environmental health issue but I suspect I will be dragged into
the arena of neighbour disputes mmmm happy new year.
