is that the only
semi-evergreens that you will come across are
Quercus x hispanica
'Lucombeana', and one or 2 shrubs, evergreen in
their native habitat, which
are semi-evergreen here - eg. Eleagnus umbellatus
'parvifolia'

particularly the one about the

If an evergreen is by description "ever green" is a
semi evergreen only
green part of the time? Would another word for this
be deciduous?

If that were the case the following would condemn
any two trees standing
close together

a) is formed wholly or predominantly by a line of

two or more
evergreens;<<

Please tell me that it isn't so.
