I find myself returning to the definitions particularly the one about the
line
(3) In this section "evergreen" means an evergreen tree or shrub or a
semi-evergreen tree or shrub.<<

If an evergreen is by description "ever green" is a semi evergreen only
green part of the time? Would another word for this be deciduous?

If that were the case the following would condemn any two trees standing
close together
a) is formed wholly or predominantly by a line of two or more
evergreens;<<

Please tell me that it isn't so.

Andy

What does this mean????????
