But 99.9% of applications to thin TPO trees are for increased light.
And usually after the TO has negotiated against felling or pollarding. 15%
rarely deepens the tan and for TOs its less a question of what's best for
the tree and more a benefit/harm/reasonableness kind of thing. The trees
have a better chance of long term survival if those living closest to them
quite like them. Skinning 'em out can be good.
