My understanding is that is does not have to be carried out to 'good arb
practise' given that pruning to the boundary line would not necessarily give
you the opportunity to prune back to its point of origin i.e. NTP. One of
those
jobs though, that as a contractor I never took on, minefield city!!!!!!!
