The 'H' word and related pleas

If your going to reply to Ken's question about Kielder, please change
the subject line!

Anything with the dreaded word 'holiday' in the subject, along with
several other words of similar meaning, is sent for moderation in case
it is an out-of-office auto reply. I could really do without spending
all day authorising posts about Northumbrian forests.

The reason for this measure is to stop loops being created by badly
configured out of office replies. So can I take this opportunity to
remind you, as the season for summer hols is upon us, that when you go
away if you are going to set an out of office reply, please make sure
that you set your UKTC account to 'NOMAIL'. You can do this either by
logging in to your account at http://uk.tree-care.info/account/, or by
sending an email to sympa@xxxxxx.tree-care.info with this in the body:

   SET uktc NOMAIL

Thanks
