I have 15 Variagated holly trees as a hedge 5 to 6
feet high in my Garden they have been there for over 4
years and are feed regulary with a tree feed and
chicken manure pellets.
They were dug into a trench of peat with bonemeal and
have been happy till now. In spite of repeaed watering
and the recent very wet weather they are getting thin.
Where they we thick and formed a perfect hedge they
have dropped leaves and can be looked through.
What am I doing wrong , is it the weather or are they
missing some essential element in their feed.
My soil is a sandy loam and neutral.
Thanks in advance
