I seem to remember a thread on this some time ago but I wonder if any of you 
could point me in the right direction. My assistant director has asked me for 
information on serious accidents and fatalities in relation to trees, In 
particicular local authority trees, I have cited the Birmingham incident but 
he has asked for other examples, can any one help
