I've recently been lucky enough to catch a resident 'felling' a street tree
in front of his property, which forms part of an avenue. The local police
have been surprisingly happy to help!?! (criminal damage)
Does anyone have any experience of this sort of situation that might help me
turning this problem into a nightmare? I've carried out an amenity valuation
using the Helliwell system. Can anybody tell me the unit value for cost, so I
might end up with a financial result the highway engineer can use?
Any other handy hints/help to do with this situation are greatfully recieved.
