The easiest course, for both your client and the LPA, is for the objection
to be made now.
If your client is not agin the TPO in principle, but only agin the precise
content/definition of it, then object to the alignment of the boundary. If
your client is "right" then the TPO can be confirmed with modifications -
provided, of course, the LPA accept your clients point of view .
Redefining the boundary after confirmation requires b***ering about with
Variation Orders - which is mainly on the part of the LPA, so it's odd they
are advising that course of action.
