I was looking at the current consultation docment on the review of
Scottish TPO's this morning, and noticed that the S Exec are proposing
what would appear to be an immediate Stop Notice for trees that need to
be protected. This allows 28 days for the serving of a provisional TPO.
As on the surface of things this appears to be an extremely good idea,
does any one know if their is currently any plans to introduce such a
thing in england and wales.?
