Against that, it could be argued that the coppice is exempt being structurally
unstable and you might have difficulty in securing a conviction. As always the
Courts will decide what is reasonable assuming you can persuade your legals to
take it on.

looks increasingly legitimate to TPO a coppice stool for its wildlife value
notwithstanding the impact periodic coppicing will have on visual amenity.
