No - this was purely my observations but I spent time thinking about it -
partly for the formation of a tree strategy and partly with an eye on a
research project if I could muster the energy to do an MSC. With one year
old twins I have no energy, time or money.
But Exeter was the sort of Authority that would have taken the results of
this pretty seriously and it would have been easy to negotiate a budget to
address some of the issues.
