Oh. I suppose that should be obvious really. So I presume the responsibility
that was loaded on the poor TO in the Brum case will eventually be considered
by LAs?
They all come
out of the same pot in the end, all get met by the same Council Tax
payers.
Yes I realise that but I'll bet a pound to a pinch of snuff that the TOs in
planning hardly get credited into the Highways/Parks tree costs. I bet the
Accountants don't have a clue about legislation relating to TPOs being a
planning
matter and just assume that tree costs stop with the DLO and contractors.
