It could be clarified more. Are you budgeting? If it is £7,450 per Ha per
annum that is present value (PV). Over 10 years you should be considering
both inflation (future value FV of the £) and any chnages in the regeim. If
the 10 year amount is to be set aside today, say someone pays a penalty,
then you'd have the use of the funds in the interim and the rate of interest
would be discouted. The accountants will have all the proper maths for
adjustment.

Er, yours is worse Elton! Richard is right for what he states, £74,500 per
Ha for ten years, though that seems a strange way to quote it. £7,450 per Ha
per annum makes more sense.
