The general point is true, a lot of ICF members are moving into arb, partly
because being a forester today often involves managing the scenery around
picnic sites and mountain bike trails rather than the timber production they
were trained to do. Some Chartered Foresters are setting up as arb
consultants, but I wouldn't want anyone thinking that they get any kind of
free pass or concession in the AARC scheme. Everyone gets the same
assessment.
