The trouble is that my local planners think I only ever write reports on
behalf of 'developers with a scorched earth mentality.' By definition they're
hardly likely to get the reports that tell the developer to forget it cos
he's got
no chance!
Often these don't get written cos by definition you should be giving your
client the best value advice you can which might very well be "don't bother
even
getting a report written cos you've no chance." Difficult to bill for this
sort of advice but occasionally we do manage it.
