You can achieve your targets by doing simple ones, for example ones with few
interested parties, few trees, and best of all, revocations...

To late to avoid targets I'm afraid. in the latest service plan review
there was a target set at "1 tpo reviewed per month", or 12 a year as I
like to think. However it was buried so deep in the service plan (I
think it's entered at just below our D.C. Admin's target to use 7 less
paper clips a week, or something like that.), that I'm sure it won't
warrant a trip to the chief exec's office if I only manage to do eleven
in a year.
