I put this together for us here.  Others are welcome to use
it.  Please come back with ideas for improvements or if there are any
mistakes. 

Thanks Kev. This version automatically caps the RPA at 707m² and provides 
only one input area, where you can choose whether or not the tree is 
multistemmed.
