I put this together for us here.  Others are welcome to use it.
Please come back with ideas for improvements or if there are any
mistakes.

Thanks Kev. This version automatically caps the RPA at 707m² and
provides only one input area, where you can choose whether or not the
tree is multistemmed.

Mind you, I think the formulae are wrong :(

Actually, they weren't. But it has been pointed out to me that knowing the 
size of a square with the same area is of little use, so with a bit of 
formula tidying and an indication of maximum offset instead, here's yet 
another.
