Matt

My advice to our schools is provided entirely free even to those schools
that have left our grounds maintenance contract. On the subject of funding
work each school looks after its own budget and they make the decision as
to whether to order works and who to order it from. Prior to this all
schools work was funded from a central education pot. Can`t say it fair as
some small primarys on older sites have a small budget and a site with lots
of large old trees whereas there are modern schools with larger budgets who
have few or relatively young trees on site.
