I thought I was the only one who recognised deer for what they are.
Wonderful, cheap, lean, organic meat (apart from the lead content) meat for
a Sunday. A hundred years ago they'd tie a goat up to tempt tigers, so plant
more orchards to tempt deer, and have them with fruit of the orchard sauce!
