Big issue though, we're not sure how we'll keep our DB up to date with
nomenclature re-shuffles, what we've gone for at the moment is a system
whereby we'll use the current name as the primary identifier and put all
previous names in a synonyms field so that they'll come up if thats what
someone searches on. 

It'd be very useful to know if there's a body that can supply current data.
