One problem that may arise is that it is acceptable for one application (and 
one fee) to cover a number of trees, Blue Book 6.41.  This could be exploited 
to a point that would make a nonsense of the application system.

In our current local authority financial climate I have been asked to find
out the implications for charging an administration fee for tree work
applications?

 

I seem to remember an old thread on this before but can anyone point me in
the right direction or has anyone had any experience in attempting this?
