Great one Jonathan. If we are shifting to tree quotes, I love Churchill's
"...the lone [some sources say "solitary"] tree, if it grows at all, grows
strong."
I imagine it was a metaphor for Britain, the island nation, standing alone
after the fall of France in 1940, but I don't have the exact time frame for
the quote.
