That aside Gilbert/ Topher, but the weather last week was rather hot and
muggy wasn't it? Might this not suit these foliar fungal diseases? I've seen
Cherries suffering Monilinia this last week (I can't recall they were the
weak
before) and some Pops are looking a bit Venturia ridden as well.
Having said that I've not particularly noticed Guignardia up here (Sheffield)
this year yet. Not noticed the HC bleeding canker (possibly not
Phytophthera?) being any worse than it was last year so far. Trees looking
sparse at the
moment were looking sparse last year AFAICT.
