This is really good news; if they can remove the need for minor pruning applications and get the resources concentrated on the proper protection of trees. There is the problem of finding resources for the review of the old Area orders but this is not exactly 'news', like they said it was recommended several years ago and I know I spent a considerable amount of time letting management and councillors know that they needed to review the TPOs. That was another useful exercise in personal development, the 'Getting used to rejection' module.
