The Planners round
here know what it is but the Parks' Arb crew don't.... I shall use the
abbreviation with abandon henceforth.
If any of your arb crew worked in the usa, they may already be using the
acronym to mean "Piece of Spit", to paraphrase genteelly...This can refer
to anything viewed with disdain, including a tree that is fecked.
