Make sure you have the phone numbers of any senior managers or members
who have to be contacted.
Make sure they appreciate you will be calling them at any time of the
day or night, on any day of the year.
If they still don't have second thoughts start ringing them up, you
might even find that the smallest branches start falling onto the most
minor of roads at the most inconvenient times - You never know!!!
