Bill,
"Get him to try and claim that on his insurance,"
That's it though isn't it?
An insurer, which is essentialy the role I've taken on, would have rebutted
his claim, and so am I!

Got a couple of £k out of an insurance company for clearing up a ridiculous
Poplar (including dragging the thing out of somebody's aviary and sorting out
the trees it had damaged on the way down) in an old dear's garden, she
assured me that they had agreed to pay while I assured her they probably
would wri ggle. However turns out she was a retired headmistress; I imagine
she treated them like recalcitrant schoolboys.... Sweet eh?
Bill.
