Hi John

In light of the Poll case, it's been interesting talking to Nelda Matheny
about it the M&C system.  It has some very specific limitations that are
often not applied, and unfortunately, most people who use M&C system misuse
it.  For example, I wonder how many out there are aware that it should not
be used on an individual tree, that its purpose its to rank (not rate)
risk, the rankings are not to be used to define levels of risk, and that a
score of 5 can be a greater risk than a score of 10.
