Hello all,
I've checked the Blue Book, Mynors, and indeed s.214 of the T&C Act but
still can't decide whether requirement to hold a register of 211 notices
also requires that it be a historical record or whether it should only
hold current notices (ie. before the 6 weeks is up).
Probably too much Christmas pud blocking up my synapses but I'm about
to 'recycle' some notices going back a decade and I'm not sure if I need
a record of them!
