One problem with this new tech fix is that its OK specifying arborist
supervision as a condition of the planning consent but if the service
line ever goes wrong the contractor will simply hack in there and the
damage will be done anyway. Better to treat the RPA as a no go.

Subject: trenchless excavation
Happy New Year all.
Can anyone suggest where I might find someone able to undertake
trenchless installation of services on a development site in Devon?
And has anyone got any advice on specifying this technique as a way of
avoiding root damage within a tree's RPA?
Many thanks
