Whats interesting is that the application forms are included in the
consultation paper 'Tree Preservation Orders:Improving Procedures -
Consultation Paper' from DCLG.
Since the closing date is not until 19 Feb and any changes would require
a change in the regs I can't see how a standardised form can possibly be
mandatory now.
