I think you are Peter, leastways the HSE Arb notes thing seems to have  
included accidents that have occurred to builders in the past.
 
Wasn't Dick Granger involved in some ridiculous accident where he fell in a  
hole in a building site or something? Only got out cos he'd got a cellphone 
in 
 his pocket! I once found myself all but stuck in one of those pools of mud 
that  you find on building sites and for a moment my life flashed before me 
as 
I  realised that no-one knew where I was and only the foreman locking up 
might 
 notice my car. 
 
Sheffield has a number of areas where violence to staff issues mean lone  
working is inadvisable, I try to avoid it if I can and having a gopher on a  
survey is useful not just for holding the end of the tape measure.
